オサカナだよ！
Hi Osakanadayo!
ところで、ドラム叩いたことありますか？
オサカナは、１６歳の時から叩いてます。
ジャンルはもちろんヘビメタです。
強烈なサウンドに叩き込むようなスタイルが好きですね！
とは言え、急に手足を自由に動かすことは、不可能です。
日々のトレーニングが必要となります。
まずトレーニングに使う道具はこれ！

Osakanadayo has been playing drums since he was 16 years old.
Of course, I love heavy metal music.
I like the style of playing intense sounds!
However, it is impossible to move the limbs freely suddenly.
So daily training is most important.
First of all, the tools used for training!
ドラマーを志した人は、スティックの次に購入するアイテムですね。
本当は、スネア（小太鼓）で練習するのが、ベストですが近所迷惑になるのでこのような練習台を使います。
一般的には、ラバータイプかメッシュタイプがありますが、個人的にはメッシュタイプが好きですね。
続いてトレーニング内容ですが
If you want to be a drummer, it’s the next item you buy after the stick.
Actually, it is best to practice with a snare (small drum), but I will use such a practice table because it will be annoying in the neighborhood.
Generally, there are rubber type and mesh type, but personally I like mesh type.
Next is the training content.
今は、パラディドルの練習してます。
急にパラディドルと言われてもわかんないかもしれませんが、交互に手を動かすシングルストロークに加えて、２度同じ手で打つダブルストロークを加えた練習です。
これをメトロノームに合わせて練習します。
それにしても今の時代は、便利ですよね！メトロノームがネット上で使えますので。。

この練習を朝とか、精神統一したいときにするととても心が落ち着きますね。
